Basic Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Public Administration, Business Administration, HR, or a related field
    • Graduates of Criminology or with experience in security operations are preferred
  • Work Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or support roles in a security agency or similar setting

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of security guard deployment orders and schedules
  • Monitor validity and renewal of LESP, training certifications, and PNP–SOSIA documents
  • Coordinate with HR, Accounting, and Operations for record keeping and compliance
  • Prepare and submit reports to PNP–SOSIA or other relevant agencies
  • Assist in processing clearances, permits, and compliance documents

  • NBI, Police, and Barangay Clearances
  • Government IDs (TIN, SSS, PAG-IBIG, PhilHealth)
  • Certificate of Employment (if available)

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of RA 5487,RA 11917 and PNP–SOSIA regulatory processes
  • Familiarity with security guard licensing, deployment, and documentation workflows
  • Excellent filing, encoding, and document control skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
