Basic Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Criminology graduates with HR experience are also acceptable in the security sector
- Work Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a security agency, manpower services, or similar industry
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and onboarding of security guards and staff
- Maintain and update 201 files (employee records)
- Process clearances, background checks, and document compliance (e.g., LESP, NBI, Police, Barangay Clearances)
- Assist with training coordination and site deployment paperwork
- Monitor government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG)
- Payment of government contributions (SSS, PAG-IBIG, PhilHealth)
- Assist employees in all SSS, Philhealth and HDMF transactions (loans, sickness and maternity)
- Handle disciplinary actions and incident reports in coordination with operations
- Ensure compliance with DOLE and PNP–SOSIA standards
- Payroll reporting and 13th month pay
- Monitor Medical records

Preferred Skills
- Familiar with HR practices specific to security personnel
- Knowledge of RA 5487 (Private Security Agency Law), RA 11917 (The Private Security Services Industry Act) and related labor policies
- Basic understanding of security guard licensing (LESP) requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
