Basic Qualifications
- Female
- Education:
- Minimum high school graduate; college units or diploma preferred
- Criminology or related course is a plus but not always required
- Work Experience:
- Preferably 1 year experience as a security guard or similar role (not always required for entry-level)
- Physical Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to stand or walk for long hours
- Good eyesight and hearing
- Height and weight proportionate to company standards (if applicable)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide security and safety services in assigned areas
- Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas
- Perform patrols and inspections
- Assist in emergency response and crowd control
- Maintain logs and incident reports
- Uphold company policies and client instructions

- NBI Clearance
- Police Clearance
- Barangay Clearance
- Valid government IDs (SSS, TIN, PAG-IBIG, PhilHealth)
- Medical certificate (some companies require this)
- Certificate of Training or Basic Security Guard Training (if available)
