Basic Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or Finance-related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage but not always required
- Work Experience:
- At least 2–3 years experience in general accounting, preferably in a security agency or service-oriented business
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare billing for clients based on guard deployment and contracts
- Monitor and manage payroll-related data of security personnel
- Reconcile billings, payroll, and collections
- Handle tax reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations (BIR, DOLE)
- Assist in audits and financial reporting
- Coordinate with operations team regarding contract changes and site movements
- Monitor bank transactions
- Record petty cash flow and collections
Required Documents
- Updated resume/CV
- Transcript of Records and diploma
- NBI / Police Clearance
- Valid government IDs (TIN, SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG)
- BIR 2316 (from previous employer, if available)
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or in-house ERPs)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
- Familiarity with government compliance (SSS, BIR, DOLE reporting)
- Ability to handle confidential payroll and contract billing data
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Tech, or related field

- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive data
