SECURITY OPERATIONS MANAGER

Basic Qualifications

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Public Safety, Military Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • Licensed Criminologist (preferred)
• Work Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the security industry
  • At least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Experience in law enforcement, military, or private security agency operations is a strong advantage

Required Certifications & Documents

• Valid License to Exercise Security Profession (LESP) from PNP–SOSIA
• Security Officer Training Course (SOTC) or Supervisory Training Course (STC)
• NBI Clearance
• Neuro-psychiatric and drug test results
• Barangay and Police Clearances
• Certificates of Employment from previous security roles
• Government IDs: SSS, TIN, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG
• PSA Birth Certificate

Key Skills & Competencies

• Leadership and team management
• Knowledge of PNP rules, RA 5487 (The Private Security Agency Law), RA 11917 ( The Private Security Services Industry Act) and local labor laws
• Incident investigation and report writing
• Operational planning and deployment management
• Familiar with CCTV systems, access control, and emergency protocols
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Crisis and risk management experience

Qualifications:

• Male, 30–55 years old
• Graduate of Criminology or related course; Licensed Criminologist preferred
• With valid LESP and SOTC/STC certification
• Minimum 5 years experience in the security industry, with 2–3 years in a leadership role
• Must be physically fit, mentally sound, and of good moral character
• Willing to travel and oversee multiple posts or locations

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of security personnel across assigned sites
• Coordinate with clients and law enforcement agencies
• Conduct inspections, investigations, and performance audits
• Ensure compliance with PNP–SOSIA requirements, RA 11917 and RA 5487
• Train and supervise site supervisors and guards
• Prepare operational reports and submit findings to management
